Cody Brocious says:
The only particularly surprising statistic here was that I didn’t have the highest number of orders for the year — I thought I had that title easily :P
K Sylvain says:
Did you really not include New York in Cuisines by Metro section??? I’m kind of insulted.
James says:
There stats on the Pizza are a little off… 800,000 Pizzas at 3 inches per box is 2.4 million inches or 200,000 feet…
That would make each story 1ft 4in tall…
And… even if right… I didn’t know the empire state building was 1000 stories tall!?!?! DOH!
Helen says:
800,000 pizza boxes at 3 inches each stacked up is not 150,000 stories tall. Unless each floor is only 16 inches. Sorry this is super nitpicky but that statistic was not making sense.
Shannon says:
While there is certainly a typo in the pizzas category (The Empire is NOT 1000 stories tall), it is accurate, at approximately 3″ per pizza box, that it the height would be the same as 150 Empire State Buildings for 800,000 pizzas. Check the height of the Empire State Building and do the math. It DOES add up.
Infographics are really nice, Seamless!
Jason says:
yeah – Just for fun I calculated the stat about how 1.5MM cans of soda would fill 2 Olympic size swimming pools – NOT EVEN CLOSE! 1.5MM cans of soda (12 fl oz each) would be 18,000,000 fl ounces, which equates to only 140,625 gallons. The average Olympic size swimming pool holds oer 650,000 gallons! I mean… as long as we’re checking facts!

They’re good at getting food delivered. . . we don’t pay for them to compile statistics! (thankgod :P)

Santino says:
hilarious. New yorkers only care about NY. I still thought it was somewhat interesting but I dont have the time to check if your calculations are correct. Im just going to believe you and order on Seamless tonight!!!
Broken says:
Great statistics… if only the images weren’t broken.
Phil Jenkins says:
Can you fix the broken images? Many thanks!
Jessie says:

We all know the in order to gain maximum muscle mass, you need two things: workouts that really push and challenge you and a perfect eating plan that feeds your muscles and helps them to grow properly. Without these two pieces, the puzzle will never be complete. You will only get mediocre results at best.
