The Mobile team at Seamless is very excited to release the all-new, totally redesigned iPhone app just in time for the holidays. We’ve listened to all the great feedback the Seamless community has shared about previous versions of the app to build v3 of the app from the ground up. In addition to some great (and frequently requested) feature updates, the app has a beautiful new design that’s been optimized for the iPhone 5 (woohoo!). Take a look:

The shiny new interface is great, but what about new features? Here’s what we cooked up for v3:

• Big changes for ratings & reviews:  App customers can now (finally) view all reviews for a restaurant, same as on our website. My favorite new feature is the ability to rate and review restaurants in the app! We know how much our customers love and value the opinions of the Seamless community so we’re excited to make it even easier for you to share your opinions about the restaurants you order from.
• Menu category navigation: Love that diner around the corner but find the menu of every food ever daunting to browse? Just tap our new category navigator and jump straight to the waffle section … or pancake section … or dessert section.
• 1-tap access to checkout: Finish your order in less steps by tapping our new Checkout button (don’t worry—you can still choose to review your shopping bag, too).
• Cuisine slider filtering: This iPad feature is very popular so we’ve brought it to the iPhone. Replacing our more limited cuisine filter in previous versions, the Cuisine slider filters enable you to select multiple cuisine types at once, perfect for nailing down all of your brunch, bagel, and breakfast places on Saturday morning. Just tap the “Cuisines” button and easily swipe to the types of food you’re hungry for –
• Multiple credit cards: One of the most requested features:  now you can store multiple credits card in the app to make checkout even more convenient
• Photos: As part of the spiffy redesign you can now see images of restaurants as well as dishes. Perfect inspiration for the next time you need it.

We released the app on Thursday night and we’re seeing nice reviews so far (thanks everyone!):
